Not going to make Ultimate tonight! had a little accident yesterday and got rear ended on Portage Ave. They took me to The Grace hospital by ambulance and I spent a couple of hours there. Doing all right, just very stiff. Could still go for a bike ride tonight to loosen up! :-)

Jon not playing July 27

Hello, friends.

I will not be able to make July 27th's game, as I will be enjoying a vacation in and around fabulous Lake of the Woods, Ontario.  I'll be wishing you well from the lake - have fun!

On another note, I vote to not play on August 4th.  It'll be my last day of vacation.

FW: roster deadline

Teams have until August 1st to declare their intentions for Championship
Weekend.
Quarter Finals for Monday league are on the Friday night.
Your team would then play once on Saturday and once on Sunday.
More details will be announced at the beginning of August once we know
how many teams are participating.

Lastly several teams have asked if they can play on August 4th because
of the last rain out?
This is up to you guys.
If a whole division plays then for sure.
If 6 of the 8 teams can play then the 2 that don't would receive forfeit
ties.
If less than 6 teams want to play then that division will not count
those games.
You would be playing the schedule from July 7th.

What do we want to do about that game? Who wants to play Aug. 4?

Also who can swear under oath they can make Aug 22-24 Championship weekend?
Like it says, you must have played in 4 games!

Practice Sunday July 20, 2008

Hey Gang!

I know we last pretty horribly last night, but truth be told we are improving as a team!  I will be at Assiniboine park this Sunday at 2:00pm ish (if anyone can upload a pic that would be appreciated).  The practice will be held by the train (where the previous practices have been held).  Please wait in that parking lot if something is going on because then we can ALL go find a spot together.  Bring one bring all! Bring your significant others, bring your friends... heck! Bring your dog!

FW: Game Canceled

Hello Captains,

I'm so sorry to report to you that we will have to cancel tonights games.
Due the lack of available weeks we will not be able to make up this game either.

NOTE
More information will be available in a week or 2 but I wanted to let you know as soon as possible that
MONDAY Quarter finals will take place Friday August 22nd of Championship Weekend at all our regular fields.
Teams will play two more times on the weekend.
All other nights will play their quarter finals on their night of the last week of the season.
