Not going to make Ultimate tonight! had a little accident yesterday and got rear ended on Portage Ave. They took me to The Grace hospital by ambulance and I spent a couple of hours there. Doing all right, just very stiff. Could still go for a bike ride tonight to loosen up! :-)

Julie told me that every Tuesday night at 7pm in Assiniboine Park (field A2) someone is holding FREE lessons for beginners. Learn how to throw forehand, backhand, zone defense and much, much more!

Jon not playing July 27

Hello, friends.

I will not be able to make July 27th's game, as I will be enjoying a vacation in and around fabulous Lake of the Woods, Ontario.  I'll be wishing you well from the lake - have fun!

On another note, I vote to not play on August 4th.  It'll be my last day of vacation.
